30 June - Royal Society Summer Exhibition:
The Royal Society's annual summer science exhibition offers an opportunity to discover the best of the UK's science and technology research. Incorporating exhibits from all over the UK, visitors will get the chance to meet and talk to the researchers themselves who are behind the work on show.

6 September - BA Festival of Science:
The BA Festival of Science is the UK's leading science communication event, attracting over 400 of the best national and international talent from all branches of the natural and social sciences to talk about, debate and present their research. A variety of events are staged that feature the latest advances in science, engineering and technology and the chance to debate the social implications of the pace of technological change or the ethical implications of scientific research. The festival features both a schools and public events programme. This year the festival will be based in Liverpool. The results of the online psychological study the 'Magical Memory Tour' using memories of the Beatles will be presented at the festival.
