How can we use 'New Media' in science communication?

Stempra session at the Science Communication Conference

Calling all Twitterers! Stempra is running a session again this year at the British Science Association's Science Communication Conference.

Join us in this interactive workshop session, where we explore the changing role of the communications officer. If blogging, podcasting, Second Life, YouTube, Twitter and creating video content on a shoestring are all skills that you feel you should have then this is the event for you.

This event is run by Stempra and takes place as part of the Science Communication Conference. For more information about the conference programme or to register your details, visit the website of the British Science Association: www.britishscienceassociation.org.

Date: Monday 22 June 2009

Time: 15.30 - 16.45

Venue: Kings Place, 90 York Way, London N1 9AG

Map: www.kingsplace.co.uk

Cost: In order to attend this event, you must register for the conference at the British Science Association website, where you can also view all the other sessions taking place.
